In summer 2006, Flavorman moved to its new 24,000 square-foot headquarters built around a large state-of-the-art beverage development lab. It is one of the largest full-service beverage product development facilities in the United States.
The laboratory is equipped with all the necessary instruments and analytical tools to develop a range of beverage products. In the lab, we can carbonate in cans or bottles, pasteurize, homogenize, and hot fill and cold fill either by hand or through a semi-automatic process.
Our warehouse and production areas are designed to accept raw materials, blend and manufacture concentrates, ship our finished products, and store supporting materials for the operations.
