1. Ideation & Cost Awareness

We provide a complete technical understanding of the project.

Our Technical Director conducts a thorough analysis of all projects and provides an in-depth professional consultation for each prospective client, which includes:

  • Determining the feasibility of the project
  • Discussing specific ingredients
  • Determining packaging and licensing requirements
  • Determining the necessity of a lab evaluation

2. Formulation & Prototyping

First prototype samples are shipped within 10 business days.

Once a contract is executed, our client is assigned a Lab Team. Our Beverage Architects serve as the primary points of contact. They develop and refine the formulaton until it meets our client’s taste, color, ingredient and functionality specifications.

3. Product Process Development

We provide 100 samples of the final formulation.

Now that the final formulation has been approved, our Production Team begins preparing the formulation for scale-up and implementing protocols for mass production and bottling.

Our Tehnical Analysts and Quality Assurance Specialists provide:

  • Nutritional information
  • Ingredient statement
  • Label review
  • Shelf-life study data

4. Production Support & Quality Assurance

Expert Production Services

Our Production Director coordinates manufacturing in:

  • Packaging
  • Co-packing
  • Transportation

Flavorman ships our client’s formulation directly to the co-packing facility, and a member of our Production Team goes onsite to oversee and assure quality in manufacturing. We will retain production samples for on-going quality control testing.
