Several years ago, an international firm asked Pro-Liquitech to develop beverage prototypes for their new fiber ingredient. We developed several types of beverages using this new fiber — juice drinks (both 100% juice and 10% juice), soft drinks (both chemically preserved and pasteurized), energy drinks and isotonics.
Completely satisfied, the customer showcased these prototypes to several clients and prospects to demonstrate how their fiber works in different types of beverages. Meanwhile, Pro-Liquitech had earned the rights and early access to this new ingredient, and so we immediately developed prototypes for three of our own clients. These clients were among the first to see this new ingredient and all of them have gone to market with it.
