Stout Brewing Company was founded in 2012 with the vision to set itself apart from the competition and create something completely different using innovative brewing and packaging solutions. Stout offers three different varieties of alcoholic beverages featuring a variety of flavors, all developed with the help of the beverage experts at Flavorman.
Their brands include Great America, Fire Glass, and Drink Like A Boss. Great America is described as a moonshine "malternative" that pays tribute to the history of moonshine with iconic flavors like Apple Pie, Blueberry, and Lemonade, as well as occasional seasonal flavors like Tea & Lemon. Fire Glass is a classic, cinnamon-flavored spirit; meanwhile, the Drink Like A Boss line of "malternative" drinks offers delicious flavors like Berry Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Grape, and Watermelon.

Sugarlands Distilling Company, based in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, is a craft distillery beloved for its Southern heritage, exciting flavors, and ever-evolving product lines. Even before the opening of Sugarlands in March 2014, Flavorman and Moonshine University built an extremely successful partnership that extends beyond business.
Joe Heron acquired a California cider brand after Flavorman crafted a line of "Good For You" sodas (Nutrisoda), later selling the brand to Pepsi Americas. The brand had no technical support so Flavorman was hired to strengthen the product's flavor, quality, and manufacturing processes. The brand did not have quality control specifications, shelf-life data, or tight manufacturing specific actions or instructions.
